Organization:
40x40 grid with 2 10Y zones either end. 4v 5 with neutrals outside.
Instructions:
Red team attacking must have 2 players in shaded area of side where ball was played from, blues only need 1. Looking to play from 1-9 for point if successful roles reverse playing from 9-1 with 2 players in white zone next to 9. If blues win the ball they look to keep the ball for 5 passes for 1 point (if even numbers allow blues to play like reds)

1st touch ball control, quality of pass, movement to receive, body shape, desicion making, reconizing triggers.
What are triggers and how do we create them?
How can movement off the ball affect defenders?
Why is speed of play important?

time limt to score point

Organization:
Reds set up 1-4-2 blues 1-2-3 half of 11v11 field game realistic markings for players. Use numbering system to give players clear understanding of positions being played.
Instructions:
Reds look to build out from 6 kick gk ball into mid third scoring on nets or dribbling into middle area. Blues look to press high trying to win ball if won they have 10 seconds to score goal. Use different stating positions for reds to allow game like scenarios. Blue in shaded area cannot move out (6 Screening central areas)

allow blues to move freely no restrcions

Instructions:
Follow your pass, whereever you pass to move into position ready for next pass to come moving 2 seperate balls around circle, if move breaks down allow players to correct pattern without help from coaches.
