Set up as shown - ball starts with 3 servers who pass the ball sideways, with blacks looking to receive a pass. On coach command or number of passes they play forward, blacks look to score on goal with reds regaining possession and playing to targets.
Blacks have free movement, reds are stuck to their zonal boxes.

Progress by adding #5, and #7/#11 for both teams. 5 balls placed in end zone, balls are numbered on a coach command they play a pass into black to score. Reds must win possession and scre by dribbling/passing into end zone.
Can restrict midfielders to the zone box or have them as guides.

2 teams in play (red and green) with 2 target teams (black and yellow), when in possession, reds aim is to score by playing a pass to the opposite target team. yellow. Once the red team scores, the team receiving team (yellow) breaks out and the team who just scored (red) now become the defensive team.
Yellow look to score to blacks, the conceding team (Green) now drop out and become the target team.
