3v3 +3 (20 mins)
Instructions:- The reds open wide and receive the ball from the GK.
- Red immediately transitions to attack and they play 3v3 inside the shaded area.
- If Red can not score after 4 passes they then can begin the yellow neutral
- If Blue win the ball they transition to score on the alpha goals and are allowed to use neutral as well
Note: Neutrals Cannot Come inside the box
Red Team: Charles, Filip, Frankie , Itai, Nicky, Preston, Filip
Coach In Points:
- Finish when open window occurs
- Don't hesitate to shoot
- Be selfish and don't overpass
- When the ball goes out wide weakside must make sure to make the back post run

8v7 - "9" Zone (30 mins)
Instructions:
- Ball begins with red keeper (attacking team) and will look to combine to the "9" in the zone, he is stuck within the zone, and so is the Blue CB. If the "9" is found before a goal is scored, 2pts. if the "9" is not found it is 1pt per goal. others may go into the zone, but upon restarts, only the 9 and cb are allowed in the zone. If the white team recovers the ball they have 8 seconds to go goal, 2pts if they score.
Challenges:
-Red must find 9 inside zone for two points
-Find the "9" or another player inside the zone for 2pts.
-Blue team within 8 seconds must score or shoot.
Conditions:
-60x70
Targets:
-Game live to big goals. Resets with red until final game.
Progressions:
-Does not have to be the assigned 9, look for rotations to find the high target within zone
