Conditions of play: Red team start in possession, they score a point if they can hit each target neutral player (must be a red player playing the target and can't be the same target consecutively). The white team can score 3 points if they win possession and can score in any of the 4 goals on the opposite sides to the targets. 6 minutes 'Attacking' & 6 minutes 'Defending' (90 second rest between sets)
Coaching points (Team Defending):
- Encourage defending team to be aggressive in the pressure they apply and try to create defensive over loads where possible.
- Force the negative pass
- When in transition, first touch out of pressure then quickest route to goal.

Coaching points:
- Compactness between lines out of possession, prevent penetration or switching of play between lines.
- When possession is won, ensure the 2 support, 1 stretch principle is active as this replicates zone 2/3.
- Recognition of imbalances in transition, can the team in the AT moment take advantage?
