Objective: Building up from the back against no pressure
Main Principle: Play forward in order to break the lines
T.T.P: Pass or dribble forward when possible or hold the ball
Training Day: Recovery
Session Length: 90 min
Physical Load: Low
Cognitive Load: Low
Current Behavior
What: Can not find the #2-3-6 when the opponent stays compact
Who: #1-2-3-4-5-6
Where: Defensive Half
When: When our #1/4/5 has the ball
Why: Our #2-3-6 staying still or dropping back where there is no space
Desired Behavior
What: Our #2-3 pushing up when our #4-5 has the ball and facing forward. Our #6 is making a diagonal run away from the ball to create overload on the weak side.
Who: #1-2-3-4-5-6
Where: Defending Half
When: When our #1-4-5 has the ball
Why: When the opponent is outnumbered, they stay compact in order to prevent us from building up. With making runs behind/between the opponent's opposition line, we are exploiting the space.
Guided Question:
How can we find the space behind the opponent's line?
How can we move the opponent and disorganized/unbalanced them?
Where can we create an overload?
What can go wrong:
Non-focus team decides high pressure
Focus team #4-5 does not expand to receive the ball
Focus team #4-5 releases the ball to early, before receiving the pressure
Focus team #2-3 drops back to receive the pass

3+GK vs 3
7 min activity x 3
rest time 3 min
Defending Half Field with the dog ears
Focus team: Find the space in between/behind the attackers with #2-3-6
Non focus team: Stay compact
Success:
Number of the passes completed to the end zone
Numbers of the dribbles complete to the end zone
What can go wrong?
#2-3 are staying in the zone 1 instead of exploiting the space in between/behind the lines
#6 dropping back straight instead of giving an angle away from the opponent
Rules:
No passing restriction
Red team starts the game in every rest
If blue team wins the ball, they score to the big goal.
