Instruction:

  • 4 x payers on the red cones
  • 2 x players on the yellow cones
  • All remaining players to line up behind the pole
  • 1 plays the ball along the ground to 5.
  • 5 to pass the ball into the net beating the keeper.
  • 2 plays the ball along the ground to 6.
  • 6 to pass the ball into the net beating the keeper.
  • 3 crosses the ball in for 5 & 6 to score.
  • 4 crosses the ball in for 5& 6 to score.
