4v1 Breakout Rondo - Midblock Wide Area
Obj: Improve player's confidence in roles/ways we can get in behind teams when we win the ball via our press
Set Up: 4v1 rondo set up below midfield in the wide channel - positionally set up around the rondo based on the shape we are playing
Timing: Switch player roles within the rondo every 3 rounds
Rules/Scoring: Ball starts in the 4v1 rondo - when blue win the ball they look to immediately play out of it and go to goal. Live game once this happens. Reds can score into the mini goals if they win the ball back.
Coaching Pts: (1) Secure possession/connect the first pass (2) Aggressive to play forward - timing/angle of forward movement - RUN COMES BEFORE PASS
9 providing an outlet on the strong side, 10 filling gap, 6 providing option underneath

7v6+2 Build to Transition:
Obj: Improve building team's ability to progress into the middle third - improve defending team's ability to prevent progression and transition once ball is won.
Set Up: Half field with a central pugg & two gates set up for neutral OBs
Timing: 3 minute games - rotate roles
Rules/Scoring: Ball starts with reds who are looking to build to either the central pugg, or finding the feet of the neutral OBs. Once finding the OBs they are activated for the blues - reds must be able to defend in transition - and blues are looking to go to goal.
Variations: Can put a target neutral centrally instead of the pugg for a more mobile scoring option/can look to play off of that target (they are not involved in transition and can also help blues keep possessoin/SPoA

Set Up: Attacking 5 players + OB set up on attacking half of the field
Rules/Scoring: Attacking unit performs various patterns - pressure is applied once ball goes wide. It is live play from there.
Coaching Pts: Movement within pattern (timing), sharpness of passing within the pattern, type of service, runs within the box

Up/Back/Through Patterns To Puggs
Up/Back/Through Patterns to Puggs:
Obj: Technical activator to improve confidence/ability and understanding of when and how we can utilize up/back/through combinations to get in behind back lines.
Set Up: 4 cones with a pugg for one station
Timing: Go through each pattern for 2 minutes
Rules/Scoring: Can eventually make it a live competition where one group sends a live defender over - high cone will mark defensive zone.
Variations: Can add an up back, and then dribble/draw/slip for the final variation - won't need wide cone player
