Organization:
- 30L x 15W (3 - 4 grids)
- 4 - 6 Players per group
Instructions:
- Player A passes to Player B
- On recieving Player B checks shoulder and looks to turn (without touching the blue cone)
- Player A reacts to the turn Player B choses and runs to the opposite side of the player (So that it does not block the dribbling or passing lane of Player B)
- Player B then passes again to Player A to complete the OVER LAP
- Player B passes and moves past the white line (to encourage the movement off the ball) and recycles to the back of the line
- Player A dribbles to the outside of the drill and approaching the center red cone passes to Player C
Rotation Simplified:
- Player A becomes Player B, Player B gets to the back of the line, Player C becomes player A
Coaching Points:
- Checking behind the shoulder
- Positve first touch in the direction of desired play
- Timing of OVER LAP
