Organization:
4 areas with a central zone for the defenders
Instructions:
Attacking players must have 1 player in each box but 3 players in the box the ball is in.
Defenders are looking to win the ball and either dribble out the area (1 point) or pass to there team mate in the central zone (2 points).
If the attackers win the ball back the game continues
After 5 passes the defending team can add another defender
The attacking team must make at least 3 passes when 2 defenders are in the box before switching the ball to another zone.
Coaching Points:
1. Creating Width and Depth when in possession of the ball
2. Sucking defender in before switching play (give receiving players as much time as possible on the ball)
