Game always starts with keeper
BP team play out from the back
BPO allow them to have ball possession while remaining compact in line with the ball
by staying central and not allowing space between lines for passes it will force the play wide which is the trigger to press and win the ball back - screen 2
when possession is won encourage quick forward runs and movement for quick transition, if the ball is won and put out of play restart from keeper
