Per group of 4

The 2 players located at the ends hold in their hands two bibs of different colors. The two middle players (black and white) work for a minute.

After changing role with the reds and blues.

Time: each player play 3x1'

Process:

Blue gives black (to the left of the shema) During the pass time, Red shown the bib of his choice.

Black must quote aloud the color of the bib shown (so obligation to take the information in his back while ensuring the capture of ball in a context of reasoned pressure on the part of the white)

After making his pass to blue (2), Black puts the defensive pressure on White, which must mention the color of the bib shown by the blue, etc ...

Progression

1) Free transmission then change of zone.

- If group of 4, the 4 sub-zones must be permanently occupied (identification of free spaces and taking of free spaces)

2) The passing player must mention the name of the player with whom he will play

3) On the pass time (so before receiving the ball), the player who receive the ball must quote the name of a player of another color in the same sub-zone

4) On the pass time The player who make pass announces to the receiver the first name of the third partner to whom he must transmit the ball (the receiver must take the information before receiving the ball).
