Organization (8min -10min)
Set up a 15x35yd grid each player with a ball, cones, etc ... players perform the following drill at the direction of the coaches command and lead:
Part 1: make 2 teams and teams set up on the opposite corners of field. Each team is divided into 2 again (A & B)
Give each team a color cone (i.e. Red or blue) as well as pennie or cone to hold in their hand and be able to hand off to their teammate.
With the ball now
Coaching Focus: Make sure players do drill correctly and working on proper technique. Start slow and then provide more energy and intensity.

Organization
Set up a Futsal court using cones and goals. Split group into 2 teams and play a Futsal Match. 3v3, 4v4 or 5v5. Try to limit the number of players on the field to a small group, so that all players are more challenge, spacing out, and not everyone is running and chasing the ball
Game Focus
- Encourage players to dribble and take on defenders in 1v1 situations

Organization
Set up a 20x20yd grid with 12 rings placed inside the grid some with a regular size 3-4 soccer ball in the middle of 8 or 12 of the rings and others without (See Diagram). Divid Players into 2 teams, have 1 team move inside the grid dribbling their ball, and placing them into empty rings on coaches command. The other team should be following and shadowing player with ball, when coaches says "ring" player with ball should look for empty ring and try to get there before defender can stop them and cover up the ring with their foot. Vary exercise by adding different movements and types of dribbles
COACHING FOCUS: LOOK AT PLAYERS AND SEE THAT THEY FEEL COMFORTABLE WITH DOING TASK, WORKING ON PROPER TECHNIQUE AND NOT OVER RUSHING.

WARM UP 1(FOLLOW THE LEADER) (15 mins)

Part 1: without the ball, players start on a cone and ball should be top of cone, do sets of 4, and players move to another cone. players must listen to coaches whistle / commands
With the ball now
- Inside Taps
- Jog with the ball "dribbling"
- Roll ball across body and tap with inside of other foot
- Push ball forward with laces and roll back with sole
