Targets
Problem: Passing weight and accuracy has been poor and stopped attacks.
Solution: Soft into space, firm into feet (backfoot to go forward)
Problem: Players are passing behind their teammates and slowing down/stopping the attack.
Solution: Looking to lead players into space to allow them to step onto the ballProblem: Attackers are dropping deep and congesting the midfield, preventing the team from having space and allowing opponents to stay compact.
Solution: Stretching play to increase the gaps between the opponents and create opportunities to drive into space
Problem: Players aren't recognising the right moment to play the killer pass.
Solution: Can attackers look to make the right movement to allow a killer pass through into space.
Activity Description: • 3vs3 aim is to score by passing into the endzone. • Offside line at 10yrds to encourage players to make off the ball runs. • Player's setup in a triangle to increase height, width, depth• Only 2 defenders allowed in the defensive half to allowopportunity for attacking overload.Scoring System: • First team to score X number of goals wins.Script: (Planned Interactions/Coaching Points) • Find the spare player. • Can we find space to receive • Can we make positive forward movements to penetrate space

Activity Description:
• Aim of the play is to increase positive forward actions to support the player on the ball
• #7. #9, #11 looking to exploit space created by increasing height, width and depth
• Create chances within key areas of the field to increase chances of scoring.
Scoring System:
Attacking Points:
• 1 Points) Goal outside of gold
• 2 Goals) Goal inside gold (orange cones)
Defensive points:
• 1 Goal = Win the ball and play into the 9 who will unlock and aim to score in a 2vs1 against the blue #4 and #1
Script:
• Can we find space to receive the ball
• Can we hold our run and penetrate the space
• Can we shift across now X has pressed
Progression:
• Double points for a goal scored with a first-time finish
Tech: Create width - stretch defence, Forward runs - between/in behind. Play across the goalkeeper. Runs towards the golden zone (2nd 6 yard box).
