Set up illustrated above:
GK will start off in goal. She will then check out to receive a pass from the outside player. Upon receiving the pass she will look to play the ball back to the outside player, before the outside player receives the GK will give that said player a cue. After that ball and cue is given, the GK will move through the hurdles and be prepared to defend the angle of the goal from a shot from the GKC.
Progression 1:
After receiving the shot the GK will look to play the ball forward to the open player in the middle running wide.
Progression 2:
Moving the hurdles up placed in the second 6yd box.
Now since the space is a lot bigger have the GKC initiate the pass for the GK to switch the play and have the GK go through the hurdles on the side she switches the play to.

Set up shown above:
GK will work on footwork/handling and transitional moments in the goal (BPO ---> BP)
To start GKC will call out a number, the GK will then get to the flat disc that was called and transition back to defend the goal. After the GK gets back the GKC will have a shot for the GK to collect. If the GK collects the ball she will look to find the open player thus converting the drill into BPO to BP with playing out from the back. Since the drill was converted to POTB the GK will continue as so. To reset the order of the drill, the GKC will call for one ball out of the grid and the GK will get set again.
CP: The GK in goal must give a cue for the outside player, she must also scan early.
