Circle time
Reds have the ball and pass between them working with Whites to score past blue if blue get it they pass to red.
Play 5 balls then swap blues to attack V Reds and Whites to pass the ball outside the circle to play with blues.
Good for working on passing and receiving as well as goalscoring.

Uitvoering
1. A passt op B. Vervolgens spelen A en B een 2:1 tegen V. V kan scoren in kleine goals op 23m lijn.
2. Zodra bal uit het veld is, start C onder druk van V2. A, B en C spelen nu een 3:2. V kan scoren in kleine goals op 23m lijn.
3. Zodra de bal uit is, start D onder druk van V3. A,B,C en D spelen nu een 4:3. V kan scoren in kleine goals op 23m lijn.
