DESCRIPTION:
分兩邊進行,每邊1個龍門
Two sides, with 1 goalkeeper on each side.
1、4位置球員是射門,2、3位置是負責出波,2號位置傳球給4號位 置,3號位置傳球給1號位置
Players in position 1 and 4 take a shot, 2 and 3 responsible the wave, position 2 passes to position 4 and 3 passes to 1.
球員完成一球就立即跑到另一位置,1-2-3-4 循環
Players complete a ball and immediately run to another position, 1-2-3-4 cycle.

BEHAVIOURS:
射門時身體稍微向前傾重心向下
Lean forward slightly when shooting.
足球大約保持在身體前方一步距離
Football is approximately one step in front of the body.
抬頭觀察場上隊友的位置及距離Look up and observe the position and distance of teammates on the field.
CONDITIONS:
進展(一)先由地波掃把腳,腳面射波,到最後用手拋波窩利抽射同頭槌攻門
The ground wave foot shoots, use hand pass the ball to volley and head strikes the goal.
進展(二)假動作(前往或右左假跑) 而入攝射波
Fake action to shoots.

DESCRIPTION:
分兩組進行,每邊1個龍門
Two sides, with 1 goalkeeper on each side.
中場先交波比禁區頂準備入攝射波嘅球員,然後前鋒球員回傳,中場就將波踢落邊線雪糕筒後面位置,邊線球員就追落底線出波畀入攝球員射波。
The midfielder first meets the player who is ready to shoot the shot from the top of the penalty area. The midfielder kicks the wave to the position behind the cones on the sideline.

BEHAVIOURS:
邊線接應傳中球球員必須側身接應傳球, 以爭取第一時間控球後傳中
The player receives the ball from the sideline must receive the pass sideways in gain possession the ball for the first time and pass it.
邊線全中求留意傳球嘅速度,力度,同位置, 令隊友可以第一時間射門
Attention to the speed, strength, position of the pass, good teammates can shoot at the first time.

射波球員留意入攝時間及位置,攝落防守球員前面起腳

DESCRIPTION:
分兩組進行,每邊1個龍門
Two sides, with 1 goalkeeper on each side.
飛碟內分進行3vs3, 兩側位置有自由人,當中間3vs 3成功差夠5腳之後就可以將球交比邊線嘅球員傳中攻門
3vs3, and there are free men on both sides. When the middle 3vs 3 succeeds by 5 pass, you can pass a player from the sideline to the goal in the future.
禁區內只可以有2個進攻球員及1個防守(禁區內2vs 1攻門)
There can only be 2 attacking players and 1 in the defend. Strong defensive (2vs1).

DESCRIPTION:
分組小型比賽,飛碟內分進行5vs5, 兩側位置有4個自由人,成功差夠5腳之後, 就可以交球比邊線嘅球員傳中攻門, 禁區內只可以有3個進攻球員及2個防守(禁區內3vs2攻門)
Group small game,7vs7 4 free players on both sides,5 pass of success, The ball is crossed by a player from the sideline, and there can only be 3 players and 2 defenders in the penalty area (3vs2 attacking in the penalty area).
