Setup/Explanation:
- Setup as pictured. Create two pitches with four teams.
- A regular end zone game where players gain a point for dribbling the ball into the end zone.
- Once a point has been scored, the coach will pass into the other team to launch a counter attack. The player that scores, must re enter the field through either of the side gates, creating a +1 overload for the team now in possession.

7v7 Murder Ball (20min)
Set Up: Shorter length and Width Field. Splits team equally. No more than 7v7 to ensure engagement and maintain quick rotations between teams.
Game: The ball is fed in to either team to begin play and the team must play a normal match with emphasis on quick passing and intensity. As soon as a goal is scored, the ball is fed in to the conceding team to start a quick counter attack. The opposition must quickly react and recover their defensive shape. If the ball goes out of play, a fresh ball is immediately fed in from the coach to the opposition team to commence an attack and maintain the intensity. Keep a coach on both sides of the pitch with a healthy supply of balls to quickly feed back into play and maintain energy levels.
Coaching Points:
- Ensure quick high quality passes are being made
- First touch is extremely important with the field being much smaller
- Emphasize hustle and effort (every possession matters)
