Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions): 25 x 25 box, 4 x cones on corner of the box, 5 x 5 using flats to create a box in the middle, spare balls around the outside of the box in each corner if required.
Increase or decrease of each box - Increasing the box to allow players to perfect technical ability, decrease boxes to ensure close control and spacial awareness.
1 x ball for all players in the middle box, pass the ball to the players around the edge, ball played back to the same middle player who receives dribbles the ball through the box in the middle and passes to a different player around the edge of the box.
3 minutes and the players switch over with the edge players.
1 x ball for all players in the middle of the box, pass the ball to the outside players, run through the middle box and receive from a different edge player.
3 minutes and the players switch over with the edge players.
Challenges, Conditions or Targets:
Edge players must take a touch before passing back to middle players.
Middle players must receive on back foot.
Are we able to make passes with both feet.
How many passes can you make in 3 minutes.
Players travelling without the ball, sharp movements to the middle box and change of direction.
How many left foot passes and how many right foot passes.
Always receive the ball on the back foot when in the middle.
Edge players always on toes ready to receive.

Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions): 25 x 25 box, 4 x flats to divide the box, spare balls in every corner of the box.
2 v 2 with 2 players on the edge of the box.
Aim to keep the ball travelling from one end to the other of the box.
3 minutes then change 2 x players in the middle.
Challenges, Conditions or Targets:
How many passes can the middle two players make.
How many times can you make it from one end to the other.
Fewest passes from one end to the other.
Can you take on opponents 1v1.
How many points can you score in 3 minutes.

Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions): 25 x 25 box, just in front of each corner of the box flats to create 2m wide gates, balls around the outside of the box if needed.
6 v 6 keep ball.
Increase to allow players more space to perfect technical and skill of keeping the ball in specific sized areas.
Decrease to allow players to work on tight close touches and on field spacial awareness.
Challenges, Conditions or Targets:
Keep the ball, to score a point pass the ball through the gate being controlled by a team mate.
If every player touches the ball before it goes through the gate being controlled the other side for two points.
5 or more passes = a point.
Focus on passing accuracy.
