Teams score by passing into the endzone. 2 points for central endzone, 1 point for central endzone. 2 points for receiving in wide zone and passing in to middle zone andreceived by team-mate

Technical pattern to goal
A variety of ways to break the final line and penetrate the box cross area.
90 second reps ( teams alternate each side left and right)
Groups rotate turns so one team is attacking the goal at one time.
Add competition (first team to 5 goals etc)
Coaching points:
- Game Triggers
1. Underlap ( Pressure from the side / Receive with back foot)
2. Pass - set and spin ( Pressure on ball / Shallow to receive and draw defender)
3. Up - back - through (Backwards set means forward run)
1. Sprint into the space beyond / straight run with angled pass / weight of pass
2. Drop under defender to show feet / set vs pass / quick sprint and accelerate into space
3. Body positioned to support underneath / Curved run from wide player to face forward)
