Technical Reps (10 mins)
Organization: Partners of 2, Cones, 20x20 grid
Instructions: Partner passing with the inside of the foot. . Try pass through the gates to your partner. Players should be checking in to recieve the ball take a positive first touch and play back to their partner
Coaching Points: Guide foot, point at your target. Follow through, strike the ball with the inside. Pass with both left and right feet.
Progressions:
1. Players must turn and dribble around a cone behind them prior to passing back to their partner.
2. Players must perform a skill move prior to passing it back.

Possession Game Endzone (40 mins)
Organization:
35 x 45 yard grid with two endzones
Players play 4 v4 + targets on each end (adjust numbers and grid size based on available players)
Instructions:
Team in possesion is looking to maintain possession and play the ball from one target to the other by connecting passes through the supporting players in the area. 1 point every time a team plays to the target, team must now play to the opposite target to receive another point. If the team wins possession they must play to the furtherest target to receieve a point.
Coaching Points:
Focusing on Supporting angle of second player
When to move - early movement, (as ball travels) recognition when 1st attacker needs support
Where to move (angle to receive) deep or as high as possible?
Body shape
Technique to receive
Decision making where to play as the ball is moving

Final Phase (25 mins)
Organization:
As above 8 v 5+Goalkeeper
Instructions:
Working on building up in the opponents half red team attacks goal with goalkeeper focus on the role of the second attacker and finding the themselves in the openings to support the play and play through the lines.
