When: As soon as 1 of our players wins the ball back
Why: Having a clearly defined way to play the ball forward quickly will give us the opportunity to counter attack teams through the centre of the field

Setup:
Field Size: Length - 18 yd to 18 yd. Width: 18 yard box wide
Explanation:
All starts are from the Assistant coach.
Red team can attack either of the full size goals.
Both goalkeepers are on the blue team
When the blue team win the ball they try to get the ball to the goalkeeper who is in the opposite direction from the way the reds were attacking. When they get the ball to the opposite goalkeeper, they receive the ball back immediately from the keeper and go back the in the opposite direction.
Scoring Method:
Blue team: 1 point for everytime they get the ball to a target player
Red team: 1 point per goal
Team Task:
Win the ball back, and the ball progressing forward quickly.

Setup:
Field Size: 65 metres long by 40 metres. (18 yard box to 18 yard box)
Players: 14
Equipment: 20 Balls, 10 cones, 6 Blue bibs, 6 Red bibs. 2 full size goals.
Explanation:
6 v 6 + keepers.
Assistant coach passes to the red #6. The red #6 then passes to either of the blue centre backs.
As soon as the Red #6 passes the ball the game is live.
Blue team must try to pass forward at every opportunity until they get into the scoring zone.
If Red team win the ball, they are to attack the goal with no restrictions. If Blue team win the ball back again, they are continue with the transition and try to make every pass go forward.
Scoring Method:
1 Point per goal scored.
Blue team. -1 point for every pass that isn't forward.
Starting Positions:
Both teams are to setup in 2 triangles, 1 triangle in each half of the field

Players: 15
Equipment: 12 red cones, 8 blue cones, 2 pop up goals, 20 balls, 6 red bibs.
Explanation:
Groups of 4 work together.
Blue cones indicate starting position.
2 balls served simultaneously from the Goalkeeper to the 1st player on the left and right side.Players are restricted to 1 touch. Players pass to the next player that is 45 degrees ahead of them. They then do an overlapping run of the player directly ahead of them to receive the ball. Passing continues down the field until the final player gets into the scoring zone and passes the ball into the pop up goal.
After they have collected their ball and returned to the start, 1 player goes again with the next group.The players that are waiting to go are performing dynamic stretches.
