2v1 plus defender chasing from behind plus keeper
Coach plays ball to a red player. Red player then passes first touch to blue. The red player who passed the ball needs to run around the cone that blue started from, then chases from behind.
Blue have a 2v1 on the GKs net with the other red chasing from behind.
Coaching points:
If the coach plays a perfect pass, red should play the bounce pass to blue on the first touch on the ground.
Attacking player who gets the ball from red should get the ball out of their feet on the first touch and dribble straight and fast to goal to try and get a shot.
When is the right time for blue to pass it to his team mate? Only when the defender is drawn in.
If the defender does not come across to block a shot, go for goal!
If defender does not come across immediately ask: Who is the most dangerous player on the field?
Coach defenders to come across to prevent an open shot.
Coach the transition: If the keeper makes a save or defender wins the ball, can we counter attack as quickly as possible.
When attacking the small goals, red can pass to the GK to take advantage of a 3v2.
If GK makes a save or red win the ball they counter attack on the small goals.
If a goal is scored or the ball goes out of play the next 2 players from each team are coming in.
Blue team gets to attack 10 times, count score. Then red team gets to attack 10 times.

2v2 starting with a pass or shot from coach to GK
Gk picks up ball or saves shot from coach and roles the ball to one of the 2 red players who now attack the small nets.
Blue defenders come in as soon as coach takes shot at keeper and defend the small goals. If blue win the ball they attack the goal with the goal keeper.
Coaching points:
GK needs to roll ball on the ground to feet of red as soon as possible. No bouncing balls.
If red players are already covered by blue defenders GK needs to hold ball and go to top of the box. No panic throws to the wrong color.
Can red make runs behind blue D so that GK can roll the ball to them?
Red can use passes back to the GK to take advantage of 3v2.
If blue wins the ball can they attack the big net as soon as possible? Fast transition is key!
Play 10 times with reds attacking from the GL, then switch and blue gets 10 tries.
Progression: Play a second round with another 10 tries for each team and allow the defending team (blue in picture) to bring in a third player if they win the ball from red and pass back to the next blue in line. Now they can attack 3v2!

Final game 4v4/5v5/6v6 plus keeper, 1 big net, 2 small nets
We only count goals scored on the big net.
The team defending the big net needs to score in the small goals, then they get to attack the big net.
