Add a hurdle at the bottom. For 1 rep: player comes up through the middle, left (performs action), back across to the right (performs action), back to the middle, and back behind the bottom hurdle. Player completes 6 continuous reps for each action:
- One touch bounce
- Two touch bounce
- Inside volley
- Laces volley

Part 3 (Optional):
Add two cones behind the hurdles on a diagonal. Player starts in the middle of the two hurdles, laterally moving over the hurdle to the left. Player bounces back to the coach, and drops back beyond cone. Player receives around the cone, plays back to coach, bounces once, and goes through the hurdles before completing the same action on the other side. 8-10 reps per action. Actions include:
- One touch bounce -> inside touch around cone
- Two touch bounce -> outside touch around cone
- Challenge (Optional): Volley bounce to receive from throw, juggle around cone, play back to coach's hands
