Set Up
40x24. Middle area 24x20...10 yard end zone at each end. Small goal at the end of each end zone.
Rules and Conditions
Play 4v4+N. The team in possession are to make 3 passes once the receive the ball. Once they have completed the three passes, they can play a through pass to a forward runner in any direction. First time finish to score.
Progression
1 defender can go back with the attacker into end zone.
1 defender and a supporting attacker can go into end zone.
