When a player has a ball they must have a left, right and far away option.
They constantly move to provide this support shape

Coaching Points: 4 v 1 to 4v3
One side plays 4 v 1 and tries to hold onto the ball. When the defender wins the ball they play it back to their group and goes back to their grid. That team then trys to play keep away from a defender that comes over to defend. Keep this going. Score goals by connecting 5-10 passes depending on the success rate. If they are successful and it is too easy send over 2 defenders at a time. Then three etc...

Coaching Points: (Flying Changes) Notice this is an attack vs. defense practice in the middle of the field. This way the players start getting used to the players around them that they will play with in the game. Make sure you mix up the players so that they all get a chance to play with each other. They can score on any of the three goals they are attacking. Rememeber the lessons from the Left - Right and Far away activity. The player with the ball must always have these options.

Coaching Points: Always end with a scrimmage. Don't coach during this time but let them play and figure it out. Keep score and losers can clean up the field. Play the regular rules of the game.

Brazilian passing
Coaching Points: Brazillian Passing
One player is sitting on the ground and serves the ball to the other player who then passes the ball back to the sitting player the sitting player then serves the other foot. This continues for 20 passes per foot.
Coaching Points:
Turn it into a game where the first one to get both players to 40 total passes with both feet wins. The must count out the passes outloud.
