Set Up:
* Diagram represents progression. Start without ball 1-3 | Add ball A-C
- Dribbling cones one step apart
- Fake left cones 5 steps from dribbling cones
- Create lines according to amount of players
- Roughly 3 per line
Instructions:
Without Ball
1) Jump in between cones with right foot.
- Land in bend and pause (Bend meaning bend your knees to increase balance)
- Sprint with left foot driving over last cone after jumps
- Fake left go right at two diagonal cones to practice fakes
* Repeat with left foot
* Fake right go left at two diagonal cones to practice fakes
- Players walk back to regain energy
2) Move right foot in and out of ladders as you move down the ladder x2 right foot - x2 left foot.
- Fake left go right at two diagonal cones to practice fakes
* Repeat with left foot
* Fake right go left at two diagonal cones to practice fakes
- Players walk back to regain energy
3) Shuffle through cones, two feet in between cones, push off with your right foot and come back through diagonally, two feet to the left inside cones, push off diagonally with your left foot and repeat
- Fake left go right at two diagonal cones to practice fakes
* Repeat with left foot
* Fake right go left at two diagonal cones to practice fakes
- Players walk back to regain energy
With Ball
A) Dribble through cones with both feet
- Fake left go right at two diagonal cones to practice fakes
- Players walk back to regain energy
- take a big touch to cone 5 yards away and run with the ballB) Dribble strong foot only - take a big touch to cone 5 yards away and run with the ball
- Fake left go right at two diagonal cones to practice fakes

- Two cones in corner of goals, 2 yards apart.
- Cone (Mannequin, defender) 12 yards from goal
- 16 balls
Instructions
1) Pass and Open Up
2)Wall Pass at each cone
3)Forward, Back,Long
- Finish with 2v1s to Goal last 10 minutes
- Defenders pass to 2 attackers and play1v1 to goal
Coaching Points
- Passing: Inside foot, locked ankle, planted foot to the target
- Receive: Inside foot, body shape, diagonal touch out of feet passed the cone, shoulder check
-1v1: Change of pace and direction. Shoot quickly
- Shooting:Laces, locked ankle, planted foot to the target

Set Up:
Cones 7 yards apart (Middle cone different colour)
Amount of lines depends on how many players are training
Instructions:
1) Two players compete in the middle to get 5 bounce passes the quickest
- Get in line with the ball
- Get in bend
- Keep foot 90 degrees and follow through
2)Two players competing to bounce and open up
- Get body like a bench (Chest facing middle cone)
- Open foot like a bench to take touch from right foot to left or left foot to right
- Planted foot to target, and switch the ball (90 degrees, draw a line from middle of your foot to target)
3) Two players stay as bounce players on the middle cone, the working players bounce with reset player, open up to receive the ball, pass the ball to bounce player, and switch the ball to the target.
- Apply coaching points from 2 and 3.
PROGRESSIONS:
Have a relay contest to see which line of players can have all players complete 15 total passes the quickest (5 each and then switch)
COACHING POINTS:
- Open up foot to 90 degrees (Middle of your foot should be lined up to the target)
- Planted foot to the target
- Motion through the ball to follow through to target (Draw a line with middle of foot)
- Weight of pass (As distance increases, increase weight of pass. As distance decreased, decrease weight of pass)
