If the blacks/reds win the ball and break out of their 3rd with the ball they then get to attack the opposite goal.

Coaching Points
In possession - move the ball quickly, create gaps, don't force the pass
Defending: Stay compact, react quickly to transition if you lose the ball, work hard to win the ball and then take advantage of the space,

(if no GK's then the ball has to be worked into a 10 yard area to score with a 1 touch finish)

Can the 9 & 10 work together closely to regain possession quickly?
If not can they put pressure on the ball and get in a position to delay the attack or to prevent them playing forward quickly?
Can you screen the forward pass into the midfielders?
Can 5 & 6 shuffle and cover if full back is high?
Can the 4 put pressure on the ball? If not can you delay the attack?
