Player 1(Central Player) passes to Player 2 (Wide Player)
Player 2 receives side on dribbles towards cone then turns and passes to Player 3
Player 3 moves to support when Player 2 turns and plays a forward pass into Player 4
Repeat both sides but players must always pass to wide player.

(Phase 1) Attacking Build Out
Build out lines; No Defending in shaded area.
5v5+2 - Defend 2 goals; Attack 2 goals
Players are arranged in a 3 Defenders and 2 Attacking (Shape 3-2)
Coaching Points: Open up quickly; Good weighted passes, Good movement in front of the ball, to create passing options. Look to rotate the ball, to create numbers up situations, and goal scoring Opportunities. Dribble pass to break lines and penetrate in midfield.
Secondary Focus: Phase 1 Ball Recovery (Defensive 1/3), although not the Primary focus, players need to understand what needs to happen to prevent goal scoring chances in our midfield 1/3 and regain possession.
Immediate pressure and chase on the ball.
Deny forward play and shooting or crossing opportunities.
Allow team to transition quickly into defensive shape and get numbers behind the ball and around the ball.
Get compact and stay compact.
Create numbers up situations to regain possession or force a turnover.
Deny all goal scoring chances.

Organization: 50*40 field (Quarter field at PG). Supply of balls along the outside and in the goals.
Activity: 2 teams - Play 7v7 (including GK). LOTG apply, including retreat line. Each team plays 1-2-3-1. Perhaps some coaching over, but otherwise allow for free play. Award an extra point for every successful attempt (even if just wide) or shot on goal (even if saved).
Coaching Points: Reinforce key factors and objectives from the session.
