Organization:
1.15 x 15 yard area set up as shown
2.4 players (3 Attackers, 1 Defender) set up as shown
3.1 ball (Additional around the outside)
Instructions:
1.3 v 1 keep away within the area
2.Attacking team must keep possession within the area
3.For every 10 passes the attacking team gets 1 point. Attacking team starts with a 5 point buffer
4.If the defender manages to intercept or force play out of the area, a point is taken away
5.Attacking Team must try to acquire as many points in a 2 minute period
6.After 2 minutes defender is switched over and play starts again.
7.Restarts are started by the attacking team and start from 0 passes. First pass is always free

3.Weight and accuracy of pass
4.Disguise your pass
Progressions:
P – two touch/one touch
P – make area smaller (10 x 10 yard area)
R – Passive defending (defender must force the ball out of play only)
R – Make area larger (20 x 20 yard area)

Organization:
1. 30 x 10 yard area with dividing lines every 10 yards set up as shown
2. 6 players (4 Attackers, 2 Defenders) set up as shown
3. 1 ball (Additional around the outside)
Instructions:
1. Teams score by passing to players on the opposite side of area
2. Attackers have unlimited passes in area
3. Defenders have to stay in their area and try to stop the ball being crossed
4. If defenders win the ball they change places with the team that lost the ball
Coaching Points:
1. Head up, observe target / defenders
2. Type of cross (Specific technique being used – Refer to technical guidelines)
Progressions:
1. P – Attackers have two touches and two passes before crossing
2. P – One defender can enter the area to add pressure

Organization:
1.40 x 30 yard area set up as shown
2.8 players (2 teams of 4) set up as shown
3.1 ball (Additional around the outside)
Instructions:
1.Mark 4 corners for goals
2.The game is for the team in possession to pass the ball into any 4 corner goals
3.A player cannot wait inside the corner, they can only enter when the ball itself is about to enter the corner goal
4.If team is successful in scoring a goal they have to now attack any of the other three goals
5.They may attack the goal they have just scored either by scoring in a different corner or loss of possession
6.No defending team may be allowed to enter the corner goals
Coaching Points:
1.Head up to observe your target
2.Supporting foot is next to the ball, toe pointed at target
3.Weight and accuracy of pass
4.Disguise you pass (Push Pass - Inside, Outside/ Chip/ Lofted/ Driven/ Swerve)
Progressions:
P - Designate only two goals that they can now score in and defend
R - Defenders are only allowed to walk
