Organisation (brief description of session):

Play to get ball into strikers, when good control all into opposing half to score except 2 s and 2df.

Learning Objectives:

Technical:

Passing/weight, parts of fot. Vision. Reciving & turning. Dribbling. Running ball.

Tactical:

Understanding of support various 1/3s re angle. Distance. Appreaiation of the developing play what is required.

Physical:

Anaerobic, aerobic, running, balance, co-ordination.

Psych/ Social:

Retaining self control whilst maintaining a sharp competive edge.

Coaches Comments:

The players found the 1st practice difficult in terms of the right angle and distance re 1/3rd of the field. poorquality passing, poor vision, not in stync with each other in terms of movement.
