Passing with movement to receive the pass.
-Side to side of the cone.
-Rotating Direction of cycle ever 1 minute for use of both feet.
-Try to stick to a maximum of 3 touches. 1 to control the ball, 1 to move the ball to the side, 1 to pass. ---See if you can do it 2 touches.
-Quality of pass. Inside of foot, standing foot facing target.
Progression.
- Move back to further cones to create longer passes.
- This means different types of passes can be used. (Inside of foot, Chip, Driven).

1vs1 (5-10 Minutes).
- In 2's, player 1 passes the ball into the feet of player 2.
- Player 2 controls the ball then tries to dribble past Player 1 to get past their starting cone.
- Players can score points by tackling the opposing player as well as successfully dribbling past the player.

Star Wars.
- 2 teams. Each player is given a number.
- When the number is called the player must run from behind their cone up and around the cones at the far end of the pitch before they can touch the ball.
- Once the players are into the pitch they must try to score in the goal to score a point.
