Over the river (10-15mins)
This drill consists of 4 teams evened out fairly,1 team goes in the middle whilst another 2 teams go in the other 2 separate boxes, once the 3 teams are set up and ready the teams must work to move the ball fast and efficiently to make 5 passes to then transfer the ball to the team in the next box, The 4th team is then split up into 1 box each where they will send 1 player to press the team within the zone and try to intercept the passes. After 2 minutes of high intensity work the teams will then rotate boxes and the pressing team will change with one of the possession teams.

This drill consists of 2 teams, 1 team will be playing passes inside the box once they have successfully completed 5 passes they will then be able to slide the attacking player or one of their teammates in on goal to play a 3 vs 2 against the keeper and defenders. The team in possession can gain a point by scoring against the keeper. The team out of possession will then have to try intercept the passes and gain control of the ball, to score a point they will have to successfully make 3 passes or score in the mini goals.

Warm-up (10 mins)
Start by getting into three lines. For 5 minutes jog to the 3rd cone, completing different dynamic stretches. Then spend roughly 2 minutes on static stretches making sure players don't feel tight. To conclude the warm-up split the team in half and do rondos for 5 minutes.
