Description

-Players split up into small groupson the cones, with the groups in the four corners working together in fourseparate groups.

-Play begins with the outsideplayers playing a pass into the inside players, and following their pass in.

-Inside players then play out to theoutside players and follow their pass out.

Progression

-Outside plays inside, who play itto the outside group on their right. Follow their pass.

-Outside plays inside, who play itto the outside group on their right but move left.
