Multi-Directional Game
6v6 overall.
3v3 in the area.
Two CB's and One ST as outside players per team, who also act as servers if ball goes out the sides.

Aim:
Transfer the ball from CB's through the Centre Midfielders to the ST. Once completed, play back the other way.
.
Rules:
CB's and ST don't move. They are on two touch/3 seconds on ball. Inside the area, no limit on touches.

Reaction times (turning and playing in the opposite direction)

To score in the oppositions goal by playing through the 3 CMs
.
Rules:
Same as a normal game of football. Play can start from either GK if ball isn't retrievable for a throw in.

If first CM doesnt retrieve the ball, rotate and make room for 2nd, 3rd
