Individual
Organization:
2 lines with balls
One takes off with the ball and attacks the other goal
A defender comes out and tries to keep the the attacker from scoring
If they win the ball, they counter to the other goal
Once the shot is taken, a member from the other team takes off with the ball and attacks (there are no rebounds)
Every time a goal is scored,the players from the team that scored must yell out the score for it to count.
Game is 2 Ten Goals (must win by two)

2v2 Short Range Shooting
4 players (2 from each team) come out and play 2v2
They play for 45 second rounds
After 45 seconds, the coach yells switch.
All 4 players get off as soon as possible, and 4 new ones come on and play for 45 seconds
If a player touches the ball after the coach yells switch, the other team gets a penalty kick
Any foul during the game is a penalty kick (clock stops during penalty kicks)
If the ball is in play when the coach yells switch, that ball is still a live ball.
Every time a goal is scored,the players from the team that scored must yell out the score for it to count.

The players receiving the ball must take a look over their shoulder before receiving
They lay the ball off first time at a slight angle
The player that passed the first ball sprints to the middle and strikes a shot on goal
Players rotate to the line accross so they are shooting and receiving
Both sides are going simultaneously
