Players are conditioned every session to turn up and get into groups of 5/6 and set up there own rondo games for the first 5/10 minutes while the coach speaks to parents or finishes setting up

Key Factors

Aim for forwards is to find gaps and passing lanes in the strikers. Aim for defence is to stay narrow and force mistakes from the oppos ition.

Focus will be on the angles adopted, the support given and the decsion making in tight areas.

Cones signify boxes, only 1 players from each team allowed in a box.

Progression

Allow players to support from deeper areas intoduce a GK, so forwards can turn in the box if successful.
