Practice follows the same pattern when the initial pass is played to 11 the midfield player 10 feigns inside and then loops out to create a passing lane to 9, 4 presses on to player 11 and then tacks his inside run, as 9 receives the pass he lays this off to 10 to have his final shot at goal.

6 plays the ball to 7 who returns the pass , this triggers player 8 to move inside and midfield player 6 track nos 8 run. This opens the passing lane for attacking player 6 plays the ball into striker nos 9 feet , 8 then loops around to the back post with midfield M6 tracking the run and wide player 7 comes from out to in for a lay off form 9 and strikes at goal.

introduce D5 and D3 and attacking RWB2
7 no plays inverted beside 9 and RWB2 plays in advanced looking to attack in the wide area. practice starts with 6 passing to 11 with M4 pressing to 11 he returns a pass to 6. This triggers 7 to peel of the defender D3 and M6 to try and cut off the forward pass to 7. 7 lays the ball in to the dropping player 8 again with M6 trying to cut out the pass. This triggers RWB2 to make a run in the wide area form the pass from 8 . 9 attack front post tracked by D5 and 7 attack the rear post tracked by D3 ,10makes his run to the edge of the box and 11 attacks the box from a wide area to give a 4 v 2 overload in the penalty box. 2 tries to find 10 to allow strike on goal .

practice begins once again with 6 passing out to wide man 7 . on 7 returning the ball to 6 this triggers player 11 to drop in to lay the ball off to Player 10. 10 plays to to 8 who reverse plays to the overlapping full back 3. on playing the ball wide to 3 striker 9 and inverted wide player no 11 attack front and back post with defenders tracking the runs 8 and 10 press to the edge of the box with 7 attacking from a wide area on the right , M4 and M6 have free roles on decision making as to where and who the track. The attack now gives and overload of 6 v 4
practice can advance in progression 5 where 2 further defenders and a pressing defending midfielder are introduced to a 7 +1 v 7
