Session Objective:

Set Up:
2 Lines of 5 cones, with players lined up behind the first cone
Instructions:
Follow the FIFA 11+ warmup, using dynamic movements. Players should call out loud the action as they start their run
Finish with hopping on left and right feet as ACL injury prevention
Variation/Progression:
The Coach may hold up different cones or give signals that the players should be aware of and call out loud the correct answers to show they are aware of their surroundings

Set Up:
2 teams setup, with keepers in goals.
Play 8v8 half field (Tuesday) or 11v11 full field (Thursday)
Instructions:

Players should try and put into practice the things we have worked on in the sessions through the week, and show the coaches and other players why they should be in the starting 11 for the upcoming game

Mix u15 & u14 on each team

Arrival Activity - Back to Back goals (15 mins)
Set Up:
Small mini goals back to back in the middle of a small area, marked with cones.
Two teams start at the ends of the area.
Instructions:
2 Players must try and score in the far goal from where they start, and 1player defends the near goal.
The game continues until a goal has been scored, or the ball is outside the marked area.
The team that scores start the new game by bringing a new ball

Time limit the games (30 sec to score)
Make the goals smaller
Allow 2 Players to come in from the BPO team.
Easier:
No time limit to score
Make the goals larger
