Instructions:
5 consecutive passes is a point. 3 minute games. Winning team moves up the ladder, loser moves down. After last game the losing teams in the two lowest divisions do pushups.

Organization:
10x20 channel. 2v2+3.
Instructions:
Two attacking wingers must stay on the outside line of the channel. Two defenders in the middle. Three neutrals: two end target players and one roaming midfielder. Attacking wingers score by moving the ball from one target player to the other. Attackers must use the neutral midfielder each time to get the point. If defenders win the ball they play a target player ASAP then move to the wing positions to attack, other team moves into the channel to defend.

Instructions:
- Two teams play 3 minute small sided games of 5 vs. 5.
- Winner stays on.
- In the case of a draw, new team stays.

8 yard square
Corner A and C have two players. The rest have one player.
Instructions:
Pass and follow the pass, as illustrated
The ball always goes back to the middle to then go to the corners
Player in the middle has to turn either 90 or 180 degrees
The ball is always moving.
Play two touches to get the rhythm of the activity.
If needed, start with ball in hands to learn the pattern
Coaching Points:
Middle player to check the shoulder before receiving "on toes"
Receive with the furthest foot
Pass with the other foot
Progressions:
Play one touch in the corner (The center player always plays two touches though) OR
Expand the space
