DESCRIPTION:
- 3 teams. Team in possession looking to transfter the ball to the open team. If the defending team wins the ball, they transfer the ball to the open team, and the team that lost possession becomes the defending team.

- Pressure the ball immediately after losing it
COACHING POINTS (COACH IN THE FLOW AND/OR NATURAL STOPPAGE)
- Immediate reaction to go press after losing the ball
- Taking responsibility to recover the ball quickly

DESCRIPTION:
- 6v5. Ball starts from the Red GK (#1), fifth yellow player comes in once the ball is played. Reds trying to score in wide small goals or dribble through central gate.
- If the yellows recover the ball, counter to goal.
*Must take a minimum of 2 touches (cannot play 1 touch)

DIMENSIONS:
The course is made up of six pairs of parallel cones, approximately 5-6 yards apart.
DESCRIPTION:
- Two players start at the same time from the first pair of cones, jog along the inside of the cones and do the various exercises on the way. After the last cone, they run back along the outside. On the way back, speed can be increased progressively as players warm up.
