Warm Up - Passing & Receiving Tier 2
Cones, Balls
Diamond like grid with players at the top and bottom of the diamond. Player at the top of the diamond comes into the center of the diamond (Space) and receives a ball from the player at the bottom of the diamond. Player who just received the ball plays the ball back to the player at the bottom of the diamond and goes to either the left or the right cone. Player at the bottom of the diamond now plays the ball to the player who checked to either cone...this player receives the ball and plays it to the next player at the top of the diamond and rejopins their group. At this point the player at the bottom of the diamond checks into the middle of the diamond and the same pattern repeats.
