Speed (10 mins)

Speed improvement.

- Players start on a different cone to evey other cone that is set up. This is so that the players each start in the same postion.

- Each player completes the course between 3 to 5 times.

What to do:

- Players start on the starting cone.

- The sprint to the nest of balls on a differnt cone.

- They then dribble the ball whilst running as fast as they can.

- The dribble to the furthest cone away and turn around it with the ball at their feet.

- After turning around cone furthest away, the player must sprint with the ball through the first gate and can only stop after they have passed through the second gate.

- Only when the player has dribbled around the furthest cone from the start can the next player go.

Agility (10 mins)

Agility.

Players complete part of the agility course before making a pass, then after the last section shoot at goal to try and score.

What to do;

- Players start at the set cone.

- They then run through the ladder

- After the ladder, the move onto the poles, they must run around the poles

- They the reach a ball nest, the player passes the ball to the playr waitng on the cone away from then.

- The player who passes the ball runs forward and must jump over the agility cones

- The player who recieves the pass must wait for the player to complete the agility cone jumps before passing the ball to them, when the ball has been passed the playr must try to score in the goal.

- The player just completed the course goes onto the cone to recieve and play the pass for henxt player.

Endurance (10 mins)

Endurance

The game is played as a normal 5 v 5 game, the only condition is there are no goalkeepers.

- After the team has scored 1 player from each team must go to their scoring zone place a cone inside the area.

- The same player must not go to the cones twice in a row, the players must take it in turns.

- Even the team who conceded a goal must go and put a cone in the area.
