Regain and Retain (20 mins)

Organisation: 

3 teams. 2 teams vs 1. 

20 x 20 metres each big area

5 x 20 central channel

Description

-Team in possession must get 2 passes to pass the ball into the other half ( objective to retain )

-Team out of possession could press with 2 players + 2 players in the central channel to intercept the ball

-Team in possession in the opposite side is waiting to receive the ball

-If defenders get the ball, they will change the role with the team who was in possession

-The team who lost the ball has to run into the opposite side to get it back ( objective to regain )

SSG (20 mins)

Organisation

3 teams

2 teams playing inside + 1 team playing outside ( neutral )

Description

-Match where they need to pass the ball to the team outside at least 1 time to be allowed to score.

-After "X" minutes we will change the teams

-We can use different rules to provoke the supporting by the players placed outside

       ·After a pass from an outside player the goal is worth double

       ·To score we need to pass the ball at leat 2 times to outside players
