5 vs 5 small sided game in an area 30 x30m. 2 goals. Each group is bibbed in a different colour. 1 coach takes the session. session lasts for 30 mins
Players pick a pair from the opposite side, when the pair on the opposite side scores, the other pair has to do 2 laps round the field. This gives the scoring side an advantage and emphasis at this time is creating overloads, exploiting the man advantage.

Progress:1. Initially any number of touches can be taken by players
2 players can only take 2 touches
3. Players can only score with 1 touch finish

Regression
Regress back to free scoring if players are not able to score on first touch.
Regress to free touches if players struggle with maximum of 2 touches
Mechanics:
Head up to see Target
Accurate short pass preferably to dominant foot of teammate
Players first touch on the back foot, moving the ball forward then hitting aside footed pass to a teammate
Challenges, Conditions or Targets:
Targets: Aim is to score as many goals as possible.
Challenge:
1. Players are allowed to use their discretion, pass and move.
2 Players can only score on first touch.
Ball should be played to feet and on the ground. Any number of touches needed, aim to to pass and move. Time spent on the ball should be as minimal as possible.
