Organization:
35x35 square. 3v3+1. 5yd boxes marked out in each corner.
Instructions:
The objective is to work the ball into a box for a point. Once you have scored in a box you must move to a new box. The game is live the whole time, no stoppages after a score.
(1) You score by dribbling into the box. (This is a more suitable starting point for younger ages.)
(2) P - First touch has to take you out of the box.
(3) P - Two players have to take a touch in the box. (This should encourage quick one-twos in the corners.)
Coaching Points:
(1)
Attack the space
Balls into space vs to feet
Runs in behind
(2)
Open body shape
Receive on back foot

(3)

Organization:
Two teams: one red and one blue
4v4+ 1 to diagonal targets
Keep away playing to diagonal targets.
Instructions:
Combine passes in the middle to find the opportunity to pass the ball to the teammate/target player in the corner.
Each pass to the corner player is a goal.
Players cannot attack the same corner twice in a row -only if the opposite team steals the ball, then either corner becomes "active."
The corner player has to receive the ball inside of the corner coned area
Coaching Points:
1. Side body shape as the ball is passed
2. Passing player playing to back foot (pressure is loose as the ball is played)
3. Taking touch inside and out of feet to play away from the pressure
4. Look around! Look before receiving the ball
Progressions:
1. Ball is given to the other team when any of the players with possession does not receive the ball with the furthest leg.
2. Player that passed the ball to the corner, replaces corner player
