Set Up: Area 35x25 yrds with 4 small target goals in each corner. 2 teams, position balls in between each target goals on each side.

Format: Possession game  to score in opponents goals, Upon scoring a goal, 2 attackers run around one of the 2 goals they have scored in. Both players cannot run around the same goal. the opposition must get one of the balls next to the goal and play straight away, creating a 4v2 situation with 2 recovery defenders. Once/if recovered the game continues as a 4v4 game.

Key points: Delay Defenders look to delay any forward actions that go beyond them being passes and dribbles, keeping the ball in front of them at all times.

Make play predictable - When defending outnumbered it is key that the defenders try to make play predictable by forcing the play into areas where they can win the ball using their recovery runners to get back in and steal the ball.

Recovery runs - Players must attempt to get behind the ball as quickly as possible or look to make tackles and interceptions when possible
