1. The blue player starts on white cone, makes a slow dribble to the red cone, then from the red cone, drive for the goal, shooting with their left foot.
2. Once the blue players shot is away, yellow make a slow dribble to the red cone, then make a pass to the blue player, who then receives the ball and takes a shot. The yellow player follows the shot in case there is an opportunity for a tap in.
3. Once that passage of play is over the yellow player retreats to play a one two with the green player, who then crosses, looking for the blue player, who then shoots. All three players join the back of their lines.
4. Play starts again with the next blue player.
5. Once all blues have had a go, the teams rotate to the right.

2. Feeders (yellow players) each have a number. The coach calls a number and that player feeds the ball into the box.
3. Whichever team wins the balls the idea is to get the shot away as quickly as they can, the opposite team needs to try and defend the goal and win the ball back.
4. Once a team score they swap out with the feeders
Progression
5. The feeders become magic men and team with the ball can use them for one two's to help create angle for a shot/retain possession
