Organization
Set up the the drill as shown in the image above. Gather the balls at the red cones closest to the half way line.
Drill
Player A moves with the ball and makes a draw to the outside/right or left side of the first 2 yellow cones. Player B moves to the same side and receives the ball from A. Player B comes back inside towards the net, around the blue cone and shoots on the net. Player A moves to the position of player B. Player B takes the position of player A.

Organization
Create a field with a box on either side. Place a player in the boxes on either side. On the left a player of Red, on the right a player of Blue. The other players are in the field
Drill
Inside the field a game is played (5:5) and goals can be scored in the goal of the opponent.
The players in the side boxes are free and belong to the party with possession of the ball.
The ball possessing team may pass to these players (and these players pass the ball back to a player of the same colour.)

Run in to space and use the outside when needed.
Points to consider in turnovers
When losing the ball, immediately close the most dangerous ball.
When winning the ball, accelerate from the sides as soon as possible/ play the player advantage
Technical points of attention
Forehand pass.
Drive two-handed forehand, drive ball diagonally to the right in front of the body, elbow out, keep ball on stick.
