Organisation (Practice Layout & Transition)

14 players with 2 GKs. 7v7 .

Attackers (blue) look to combine play and score in the big goal or any of the mini goals.

Defenders (red) try to prevent attackers from scoring.

Ball always starts from the GK passing to the attacking team.

If defending team gain possession, then they look to score quickly on the counter.

3 points - scoring in the big goal

Defenders -

3 points - win the ball and score within 10 seconds.

- Using width and depth

- Supporting angles

- try to play in between and in behind

- Composure in the final third (decision making)

- Try to be positive

Out of possession:

- Defending shape narrow and compact

- protect the central areas
