Four 10x10 squares with 4 players and 1 ball per square. All players have a number and pass and move within their square. Coach shouts out a number and all 4 players of that number move around one square anti clockwise and try to win the ball. Continue playing 3v1 for a minute, 90 seconds or two minutes depending on the age and ability of the players. Count how many times the player wins the ball to find a winning defender. After the set time return to your original square.
